Me experience with Wholesale Hearing Direct has been great. I was skeptical before ordering, wondering how this company could possibly follow through with such low prices and offering lifetime follow-up adjustments. I am very pleased with my Phonak Infinio Sphere hearing aids, and an adjustment session with Matthew eliminated any concerns I initially had. Matthew was very patient and worked with me to get the best sound for me. I am so glad I found this company, as I would have paid a thousand or more for these aids elsewhere.
As a first time hearing aid user I received top of the line hearing aids and excellent support.
They offered the lowest price to start with. But then I found this distributor to be amazingly responsive. Every question was answered quickly and knowledgeably. The final zoom calibration conference and adjustment answered my app questions and has my hearing aids working perfectly.
I am a new to wearing hearing aids. I did a trial with a local hearing specialist and I was not impressed with their product that cost $7000. If you are hearing device wearer, you can save money by purchasing hearing devices Wholesale Hearing Direct. You get the same hearing aids and tuning as you do elsewhere. You only need a copy of a current hearing test. I am very pleased with the hearing aids and the ease of purchase.

Matt and the folks at Wholesale have always been super helpful. They are responsive and have been very helpful when I have had hearing aid issues. Their demeanor is always excellent and they are a real pleasure to work with!
Purchased Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio from Matt Crogan and have exceptional hearing ability.Had Phonak P90 prior, but ht difference is amazing. Also purchased TV/Computer connector which works very well. Highly recommend Matt and Wholesale Direct
Bin wearing hearing aids more that 10 years and used a few different audiologists including Costco & Sam's Club. Can't beat Mathew at Wholesale Hearing Direct. Local guy wanted almost $9000 for the best on the market which I got for under $3000. (exact same model) Top notch service. Don't need to wait a month for an appointment and drive 20 miles to get an adjustment. I was able to get it next day at my convenience. If you are new to hearing aids, rest assured you get the same service over the Internet and keep a lot of your money. Got a better deal than using my health insurance.
