the hearing aids came within the time frame I was told. I was having trouble keeping them in my ears. So I emailed the company and within a few days, I received some extra wires to put on the aids and they have been working just fine. I even wear them in the pool but don't go under water.
I started out to buy replacement hearing aids from a local dealer. During my 'fittings' the specialist explained how only a brick and mortar type business is capable of tuning aids correctly. I told this 'professional' what brand I wanted. He would not sell me what I wanted and told me they were 'junk'. The 'expert' pummeled me with sale pitches about their brand and 'value' he was creating. The brand they pushed didn't work. Each fitting was worse then the one before. Then I was told the cost for the pair he pushed was $8K! It was a very bad experience and I got out of there. That's when I went online searching and working up the courage to take a chance on an online fitting. I decided on Wholesale Hearing Direct. Matt was an amazing sales rep. No sales pitches and confident he could fit me and promised I would not regret it. Matt, the price tag and (60) days return policy were the clinchers. Well, I have had my aids now for (5) weeks. Although I expected I would be back and forth with Matt making adjustments I haven't called him even once. They work perfect out of the box. I am posting this review because I want others to know those hearing professionals out there telling us that we cannot buy or be fitted online are full-of-it! It is not rocket science like they want us to believe. I saved $5K on my Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere I90's and they operate better than any aids I have had in the past I recommend them and I recommend you get a hold of Matt. Thank you Matt!

After dealing with Costco for 9 years I decided to give Wholesale Hearing Direct a chance at providing new hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge, concern, and helpfulness of Matt at WHD. After a couple of remote settings made to my Signia hearing aids I am happy to say they are the best hearing aids I have had along with the most competent hearing aid specialist. I’m very happy with my choice to order hearing aids on line. I had gone through the whole rigmarole of using a brick and mortar location. I couldn’t seem to get Resound, so I settled for another brand. No matter how hard she tried I was not happy with those hearing aids & got tired of running to the brick and mortar location, as I am still working and didn’t appreciate the loss of time for the trips.I was really pleased with my first set of Resound aids and that’s what I wanted in my new set because I knew they were reliable and easy to use. I had been approved for a double cochlear implant ,BUT, I was not ready to lose the little bit of hearing that I still had. I did ot know what to do! I researched and studied and looked until I nearly gave up, Hearing aids that I needed were from 5K to 10K at the hearing places. could not afford that, then I saw Wholesale hearing and I called, I got the Phonak at a price I could handle. and such hands on help. I am so happy with my hearing aids I would recommend wholesale hearing to anyone.
I’ve been wearing aids for quite a while. I started with Starkey, went to Resound, then Oticon, now Phonak. First 3 were in the $3800-4800 range behind the ear. These new Phonaks are not only engineered better, perform better and cost half. And Wholesale’s method is soooo easy. The most difficult is getting the hearing test and not buying anything from an audiologist. The rest is simple and Wholesale leads you through it very nicely. First time wearing folks will be overwhelmed at first but it’s doable. Having to ensure the fit yourself for the wire to the speaker, size cone to use, and just navigating the aids in general can be overwhelming if you let it but again, it’s doable. Second time and up wearers will find it to be a piece of cake. For the savings and quality, it’s worth the hassle, no matter which buyer you are. It’s a heckuva deal.
